ArHIMA Advocacy Efforts

The ArHIMA Legislative Committee and Board of Directors works to support advocacy efforts at the national and state level. ArHIMA’s President and President-Elect attend the AHIMA Advocacy Summit which provides an opportunity to educate elected representatives on the issues impacting our profession.

ArHIMA encourages all members to use the resources provided by AHIMA to contact your state and national elected officials when there is a call to action.
