AHIMA Advocacy Summit 2023

The 2023 AHIMA Advocacy Summit is where health leaders and policymakers come together to address important key policy issues related to health data and health information. This two-day event, taking place March 20–21, 2023, in Washington, DC, includes a Public Policy Institute on March 20. This institute is open to both members and non-members, will focus on:

• Improving individuals’ health journey through access to information, privacy, and equity
• Ensuring the quality and integrity of health information
• Advancing healthcare transformation

AHIMA members also have an opportunity to advocate for issues impacting the health information profession to their elected officials during our Capitol Hill Day on March 21.
