The current version of the Manual is 2023. No updates have been made to the content. As Federal and State regulations change, updates will be made to the Manual and notifications of changes will be shared on this page and with membership. The subscription will run from January to December of each calendar year. Prorated payment will not be available.

Subscribers will receive an annual renewal notice. The yearly renewal rates below will apply.
